Real Research conducted a survey to see just how badly the Amazon customer satisfaction level fell. How unsatisfied are the users with this new update? 🔹Nearly 35% of the respondents are very satisfied with its recent app software update.
🔹46.64% claim that a simple process became much too complicated after the app update.
🔹The app didn’t accept respondents’ choice of payment method, said almost 35%.
