In addition, a recently released study by The Lancet indicated that, in 2022, more than one billion people in the world were living with obesity. 56.38% of the respondents were somewhat concerned about this result, 34.92% were extremely concerned and 9.20% were not concerned at all.

Researchers added that their analysis suggested time-restricted eating did not reduce the overall risk of death from any cause and that having an eating duration of more than 16 hours per day was associated with a lower risk of cancer mortality among people with Cancer.  65.10% of the respondents were surprised by these findings.
