South Korean broadcaster SBS recently aired an episode focusing on the death of the 16-month-old toddler Jeong-in. The baby girl died at a hospital on October 13 as a result of a traumatic injury to her pancreas.

Her adoptive parents, known by their surnames Ahn and Jang, were arrested under child abuse charges. The fatal child abuse case caused a public outcry in South Korea, drawing attention to the fact that multiple reports to the police before her death were ignored.

In line with this, Real Research created this survey to know about Korean society’s perception of the current Child Abuse Act in Korea and how to improve it. Are they willing to report this kind of suspicious case?

Respondents residing in South Korea can answer this Real Research survey App from January 10 to 15. All participants who complete the survey will receive 10 TNC Coins as rewards.
