To begin with, e-commerce is widely recognized as a critical contributor to economic growth. Additionally, it increases employment levels across the world. Moreover, the delivery of goods purchased online is one of the top factors that boost e-commerce. Most importantly, delivery is critical as it mainly impacts e-commerce trade.  Moreover, it is a crucial element for building trust between sellers and buyers.

Similarly, the logistics industry is currently confronting immense change. As a result, this leads to both risk and opportunity.  So, a bill of enactment of the Logistics Service Industry Development Act proposed to protect workers in the parcel delivery industry has passed the National Assembly plenary session.

Therefore, this Real Research survey aims to understand the Koreans’ public opinion on the Logistics Service Development Act. Specifically, it was proposed to protect workers in the parcel delivery industry. Firstly, deliveries of essential supplies skyrocketed amid the pandemic. Also, a surprisingly large number of people ordered online. Thereby, causing employees to work long hours significantly increasing their route stops.
