Recently, India’s state of Bihar saw a mob gather to block roads and set empty train carriages on fire. In detail, the mob consisted of furious young adults fueled by the unfair recruitment process for jobs within Mammoth Railways. To highlight, the mob believes there were certain irregularities during the recruitment process.

Over the past few years, the unemployment rates in India have been dropping exponentially. Presently, many are desperately in need of jobs. More so, the pandemic only made the situation worse.
