Neobanks are transforming the traditional banking landscape. In particular, they are known as digital banks and come without a physical branch. Moreover, this form of banking has expanded its user base. The neobank experience usually aims at tech-savvy customers. Specifically, those who are typically after a simpler and more accessible way of managing money.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, many neobanks have stepped up to address the need for more flexible banking. Furthermore, contactless card payments have become preferable to limit the virus spread. Hence, this concept of a cashless society in the future is becoming more evident.

Real Research conducts an awareness survey to know about the perception of consumers about digital banking, specifically neobanks. In line with this, we want to know the reasons why they opened a neobank account and whether they will recommend neobanking to their family and friends.
