Social media has made it everywhere. People of all ages have accounts on at least one if not many social media platforms. Over half the world’s population has made its way onto social media. Technology has come a long way but it still has a long way to go.

Over the years, social media has become a space that is notorious for cyberbullying. So far, some users have been subjected to online abuse and harassment via online platforms. To combat this, the social network giant — Instagram, recently launched an update to help confront this issue on their platform. The new tool will help protect users from unwanted communication.

This update allows users to filter out certain words, phrases, and emojis if they so choose to. Instagram also stated that they would take strict measures and will even ban those who harass their users. To see what the public thinks of this new measure, the Real Research online survey application launched a survey. Is this measure too harsh or are the people content with this new update and its rules?

Answer now on the Real Research Survey App from May 15, 2021, and share your opinion with us. In return 10 TNC will be given as rewards for your survey participation.
