The online video platform — YouTube, has been around since 2005. It was bought by Google in 2006. In 2014, it hit a new milestone, YouTube launched ‘YouTube Red’, which is now simply known as YouTube Premium. This is YouTube’s take on an OTT service of its own. Like other OTT services, it comes with its own unique perks.

Over the years online services have become more popular and YouTube had to up their game in order to stay competitive. YouTube Premium Services comes with its own original content much like Netflix and Amazon Prime. YouTube Premium also allows its users to download content to view offline, play videos in the background, and is ad-free.

Real Research has launched a survey to see how satisfied YouTube Premium customers are. Why do they use the service? If they do not use the service, then why? What would YouTube Premium have to do in order to gain more subscribers?

Answer now on the Real Research Online Survey Application from May 8, 2021, and share your opinion with us. In return, 10 TNC will be given as rewards for your survey participation.
