Smoking is a hard habit to break. It is a deed that can cause serious health problems in the long run. Some of these health conditions are cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung diseases, diabetes, and various chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) such as emphysema and chronic bronchitis.

The deed also triggers risk for certain eye diseases, tuberculosis, problems of the immune system, and rheumatoid arthritis. With many complications that arise along the way, many have thought to quit smoking. Abstinence is a challenge for every smoker. Yet, it promises better health and a risk-free future.

In this Real Research survey, we want to know more about smoker withdrawal motivations and the symptoms experienced by those who tried to quit first hand. Did they consult experts regarding their addiction withdrawal methods? Or does developing health conditions encouraged them to muster the will to stop?

We especially invite all smokers of different degrees to participate in this survey. If you are a smoker yourself, join this short survey on the Real Research app from December 26 to 31. Respondent’s honesty and insights would also be helpful for this Real Research study. All respondents will be given 10 TNC Coins as rewards.

Note:This survey is closed. You can view the results here – Reason why 70% smokers tried to stop smoking.
