The historical drama picked up seven awards at this year’s Academy Awards, including best picture, director, actor, and supporting actor, making director Christopher Nolan and actor Cillian Murphy first-time Academy Award winners.

Poor Things, which won Best Motion Picture at the Golden Globe Awards, fell short of the Academy Awards Best Picture Motion Award. However, it picked up four Academy Awards from its 11 nominations, including Best Actress (Emma Stone), Best Costume Design, and Best Production Design.
