Different seasons have different characteristics and attributes that society associates them with. For instance, summers are for beaches, light clothing, and ice creams, while winters are for warm bonfires, hot chocolates, and holidays for various parts of the world.

In detail, seasons are periods of the year with distinct weather conditions and day lengths. The four seasons, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, have specific characteristics people attribute to them. Their lifestyles, routines, plans, and more may also differ with these changing seasons.

One such season is Winter. Cold, chilly temperatures, shorter days, and longer nights. Coinciding with the winter season are many holidays worldwide, including Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year, etc. While many plan to spend with their families at home, others prefer to travel, explore, and more.

As activities and plans vary subjectively, Real Research, an online survey app, launched a survey on the winter season to gauge how people spend their winters. Interestingly, the survey conducted revealed the following key findings:

  • 49.88% say snow and snowfall are their favorite things about the winter season
