Netflix is launching the sixth season of the reality show “Love Is Blind.” A show featuring singles in major cities to test the good-old question: Is love blind?
The singles go through the “blind speed dating” phase. Two people get in separate pods, where they can talk without seeing each other, and then ask each other some questions. Singles are then rotated in the pods, getting the chance to speak to each individual.
Imagine joining that experiment. The speed dating phase lasts for eight to nine days; that’s the time you have to decide which person you like! As the days go by, you eliminate people you don’t have a connection with and focus more on the people you like, still without seeing them.
What happens after speed dating? You get engaged!
After getting engaged, comes the big day!
Not the wedding, of course, because that’s too soon! Or is it?
The next day is the big reveal! The day you meet your fiancé/fiancée for the first time. I don’t think it will be significant, though, because it’s only for 15 minutes.
After the big reveal is over, couples head on a “honeymoon” for a week, spending face-to-face quality time together before moving in together!
Talk about moving fast in a relationship, huh?
Wait to hear this; after four weeks comes the wedding. However, couples decide on that day whether they love each other, and love is truly blind, or say no to each other AT THE ALTAR.
