Samsung offers a wide range of smartphones. The Samsung Note series, A series, M series, S series, F series, and Tablets. Samsung Mobile Division is one of five divisions within Samsung Electronics, belonging to the Samsung Group.

Samsung is driven by a meaningful goal of advancing mobile technology. The company joined forces with Android to push the frontier of mobile technology. This partnership led to the birth of the Galaxy series.

In March 2010, Samsung launched the first Galaxy S series device, and in 2011, the Galaxy Note. Over the years, the Galaxy series continued to break new ground, improving and expanding the smartphone experience. Samsung has established a rich legacy of innovation and has shaped the smartphone experience for hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide.

It’s a Smartphone World as 87.02% Of the Respondents Own Smartphones

Interestingly, 87.02% of the Real Research online survey application participants own smartphones. As a matter of fact, in 2020, smartphone vendors sold around 1.38 billion smartphones worldwide. Meaning that smartphone adoption is on the rise. Hence, the reason why most respondents own smartphones.

Real Research further asked the main reason why people own smartphones. Answering the question on the online survey application, the majority 40.87% say for business purposes. Meanwhile, 25.23% use smartphones for enhanced communication (video and audio quality). This is because most smartphones have advanced technological features. Moving on, 10.08% are following the technology trend while 8.73% say they got it as a gift.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Series Is the Most Preferred Samsung Model

Amazingly, the Samsung Galaxy Note Series took the crown as the favorite Samsung mobile series. In detail, 30.57% acknowledged that they prefer the Samsung Galaxy Note Series, probably because of its features. Following after, 19.38% say that the Samsung Galaxy A series is their favorite Samsung mobile series. Thereafter, is the Samsung Galaxy M Series with 11.80%.

Without a doubt, Samsung has found popularity with the S series. However, only a few 8.53% prefer using the S model. Aside from their favorite Samsung models, respondents let us know the reasons behind their preference for using Samsung mobile versions.

To begin with, the majority 31.96% say Samsung is more affordable than other mobile brands. Secondly, it’s the issue of diversity. 21.91% say that Samsung has a wide range of mobile series versions to choose from. More so, 16.02% state that they trust the brand as it has been there for so many years.

Meanwhile, 5.32% love the design, 3.23% like the camera quality for pictures, and 2.27% say their mobile technology features are the best. Thus, people like Samsung mobiles for various reasons.

51.41% Are Willing to Purchase a Samsung Phone For Less Than $500

No matter the product most people have a stipulated price they are willing to pay. Answering the Samsung customer satisfaction survey, 51.41% are willing to pay less than $500 for a Samsung phone. 22.45% say they are willing to pay less than $1,000. Still, on the same question, 11.99% are willing to pay less than $1,500. Even more, 7.34% said less than $2,000. Then the rest are those who are also willing to pay above $2,000.

The Samsung customer satisfaction survey asked what feature Samsung mobile users utilize the most. 28.82% use applications the most. Followed by 20.06% who said business purposes. Other reasons included are 11.05% music, 8.83% videos, and 6.73% games, respectively.

Samsung Provides a Good Experience for Its Users

In your opinion, what influences people the most to purchase a Samsung mobile?  A good user experience noted by 46.12% is among the reasons why people prefer Samsung phones.

People differ, as do their reasons that influence their decision to purchase a Samsung mobile phone. Some say internet reviews (18.87%) influence them to purchase a Samsung mobile. Brand image (13.39%), recommended by friends and family (5.33%), and social media (1.80%).

On the other hand, where do respondents buy their mobile phones? The results are mobile shops (28.35%), Samsung stores (23.02%), and shopping malls (18.31%). Furthermore, 9.66% say any technological store, while 6.19% say shops that offer installment payments and guarantees.

Samsung Should Improve on Battery Durability

In a bid to enhance the Samsung customer experience and acquire more clients, the company should improve on its battery durability said 36.63%.

How long a phone battery lasts is a major concern when purchasing a smartphone. It gets frustrating when a phone requires constant charging. Hence, respondents request that Samsung improve its battery durability. Also, 16.39% note that Samsung should improve its marketing strategies. Additionally, 12.50% say the mobiles should be available in various countries.

Lastly, is Samsung at the forefront of smartphone technology? Nearly half of the respondents 47.67%, strongly agree that Samsung is at the forefront in applying advanced technologies. Also, 26.68% agree with the above fact. With this service, there has been an increase in Samsung customer experience satisfaction. Most clients are happy with its technological features.

In conclusion, the results have shown that smartphones are the most utilized mobiles in the world at the moment. Technology is advancing and so are the mobile versions. More so, most respondents prefer the Samsung mobile because of its good experience when utilizing it. However, there is a need for the company to make improvements on battery durability for their mobiles.
