It’s been almost two years since the World Health Organization (WHO) got its initial report on the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, several countries are moving to recalibrate their zero-COVID-19 strategies. In fact, even other countries are struggling to contain the virus and prevent their health systems and economies from being overwhelmed.

Certainly, COVID-19 too has come a long way from a global health emergency to a global pandemic. Similarly, humanity scrambled to stay a step ahead of all this. However, it is critical to understand the reasons why zero-COVID-19 may no longer be feasible, and what practical alternatives there are in terms of living with COVID-19.

Recently, most countries implemented their safety measures against COVID-19. As part of their strategy, they implement strict border control, a mask mandate, social distancing, contact tracing, and COVID-19 quarantine rules. At the same time, they began pivoting to a ‘living with COVID-19 strategy’. Given the mounting economic costs of its restrictions, these measures are slowly gaining traction. More so, this is in thanks to successful mass vaccination.

Thus, the Real Research online survey application launched a survey to know the public opinion on the state of countries pivoting to the ‘living with COVID-19’ strategy. Here is the survey result.
