Smartphones have become an integral part of our lives. It is difficult to survive without a smartphone as most of us rely on its technology. Moreover, iPhone users and Android users always debate over which phone works best. In fact, both operating systems bring constant updates to provide a greater user experience. Thus, iPhone vs Android debate continues.
Accordingly, Real Research launched a survey to gather Public Opinion on iPhone Vs Android smartphones. It asked respondents about the best smartphone in terms of usability. In addition, it asks about the best feature of an iPhone as well as an Android smartphone. Furthermore, it focused on how Android users switching to iPhone can be a challenge.

More Than 50% Have Used Both Android and iPhone
The first question the survey asks is how many are use smartphones. In response, 47.80% say they use smartphones. Following this, the survey asked which smartphone they are currently using. In reply, 59.85% say they use Android smartphones and 19.01% are iPhone users. On the other hand, 21.14% voted for others.
The survey asked respondents if they have used both an iPhone and an Android smartphone. On this, 59.86% said ‘yes’ for having used both an Android and an iPhone. Meanwhile, 40.14% say they have not used both.
Respondents Believe iPhone’s Best Feature Is Its Camera
Furthermore, in iPhone vs Android debate, respondents voted for why they purchase a specific smartphone. The answers are as follows, brand name (30.87%), operating system (15.91%), features (12.72%), price (9.81%), and functions (8.03%).
Next, the survey asked, which is the best feature of an iPhone. Here, 40.25% say it’s best to take photos and videos. In addition, 8.42% say for general use and 7.36% say for playing games. Also, 5.17% said to play music and 5.07% said to send or receive texts.
In addition, the survey asked which is the best feature of an Android smartphone. Answers are: to take photos/record videos (27.64%), for general use (18.43%), to play games (9.37%), for social networking apps (8.35%), and to play music (6.04%).
Another question asked respondents which smartphone is better in terms of usability. In answer, 44.83% chose an Android smartphone while 26.63% chose iPhone (Apple). Lastly, 20.72% voted for the ‘other’ option.
39.49% Trust Android for Its Durability, Design, Size, and Weight
Besides these, the survey inquired further about which smartphone is better when comparing iPhone vs Android. On this, 39.49% say Android is better in terms of size, weight, durability, and design. On the other hand, 33.06% say iPhone is better in all these aspects. To highlight, 20.22% say other smartphones are better.
Another question in the survey asked if respondents will consider switching to the iPhone as an Android user. Here, 49.61% said ‘yes’ whereas 26.69% said ‘no’. Lastly, 18.21% said ‘unsure’ while 5.49% are already iPhone users.
Concluding the iPhone vs Android survey, the last question asks if iPhone users would consider switching to an Android smartphone. The majority, 45.68% said ‘yes’ while 17.45% said ‘no’. Lastly, 21.03% are already android users.
