As a brand, there is a need to understand what is most important to customers. Therefore, Nike connects with its clientele through a unique concept of customer interaction, thereby, building loyal customers. In the simplest terms, their success can be attributed to their knack for excellent marketing strategy, unique products, and sports endorsements.

  • Nike Air Max 9 is noted as the most fancied Nike shoe model. Over 40% of the survey participants are satisfied with Nike products.
  • Repetitive design (31.30%) is the reason why sometimes clients choose other brands over Nike. Meanwhile, 29.40% purchase Nike products on various online shopping apps.
  • Most respondents highly agree that Nike products are worth their price. More so, online advertisements are Nike’s best marketing strategy.
  • Moreover, Nike’s excellent marketing strategy makes the brand a leader in its market (36.79%).

35.84% Wear Nike Products To Participate in Sports

Nike has become a globally renowned brand. Hence, the reason why 73.75% of the Real Research survey participants say Nike is popular in their country. Through the survey app, realresearch surveyed what is the reason you wear or use Nike products and respondants stated many reasons for that.

Interestingly, 35.84% of the respondents on the Real Research online survey app wear Nike products to participate in sports. Actually, Nike is still dominating as the top-selling athletic shoe brand in the world. Following then, 24.57% wear as a fashion trend, while (19.78%) say excellent brand quality. Thereafter, great comfort (4.35%) and high affordability (3.38%).

Specifically, the most liked Nike product is their shoe models as stated by 49.03%. This shows that customer satisfaction towards Nike shoes is high as compared to other products. In the same manner, some said socks (14.18%) and undergarments (11.77%). Additionally, are sports equipment (9.60%), hats (2.14%), and clothing (1.66%).

Nike Air Max 9 Takes Lead as the Favorite Shoe Model

Similarly, on the issue of customer satisfaction towards Nike shoes, Real Research asked respondents their favorite Nike shoe model. To begin with, the majority 35.21% like Nike Air Max 9. The Nike Air Max version got its first release in 1987. Currently, Nike keeps manufacturing different models for the Air Max model.

Furthermore, the Nike customer satisfaction survey reveals that the second favorite shoe model is Nike Air Max Tailwind V SP (16.34%). Following after is Nike Air Force Low 13.66%, Nike Space Hippie 04 with 7.92%, and Nike Challenger OG with 3.82%.

Also, Real Research asked the question how satisfied are you with Nike products? Amazingly, 41.14% of the respondents say they are highly satisfied. Meanwhile, 23.45% say they are somewhat satisfied. Reasons Why Some Chose Other Brands Over Nike

Sometimes customers can prefer a certain brand resulting from various reasons. Here are the results on why some customers prefer other brands over Nike.

Firstly, a large number of participants 31.30% indicated the issue of repetitive design. Therefore, to improve the Nike customer experience, the brand should consider manufacturing different designs. More so, 27.48% state that it has lost the focus on sport culture and now focuses on fashion. On the other hand, 13.36% say it’s the hefty price tags on products.

Overall, Nike remains the world’s largest sports apparel company. However, manufacturing diverse designs will keep the company at the top in its market. Furthermore, improving the Nike customer experience worldwide.

On another note, which brand is the biggest competitor for Nike? Answering this question on the Real Research online survey app, 34.61% said Adidas. Then after is Reebok 20.46%, Skechers 14.56%, Puma 13.74%, and  Kappa 3.91%.

Some may wonder are Nike shoes worth the money paid for? Through the Nike customer satisfaction survey, the majority said ‘Yes’. Specifically, 32.67% highly agree that Nike products are worthy of their price. Additionally, 26.13% somewhat agree with the above statement.

Nonetheless, 24.19% say they are neutral. Meanwhile, 9.57% somewhat disagree and 7.44% highly disagree.

Moving on, how do people purchase Nike products? Which platform is mostly utilized for purchasing Nike products? 29.40% note that they purchase Nike products on various online shopping apps. Included are Alibaba, Amazon, and other online shopping platforms. 25.87% say that they use the Nike app. Furthermore, 15.43% visit Nike physical stores. Lastly, 12.68% said any shopping store/malls.

An Excellent Marketing Strategy Makes Nike the Leader in Its Market

Nike apparently spends over $3 billion in advertising. Through advertisements, the brand gets to interact with its potential customers. 36.79% say an excellent marketing strategy has placed Nike ahead of its competitors.

31.40% note that Nike has established their brand, tagline, and logo very well. Nike endorses various sports matches cited 12.31% of the participants. Then, 3.15% acknowledge that Nike embraces new technologies. Hence, the lead in the market.

Basically, the majority of respondents state that online advertisements are the best marketing strategy for Nike. Then follows social media 23.70%, word of mouth 9.83%, celebrity endorsements 4.56%, and billboards 4.36%.

The Nike customer feedback on the Real Research app reveals that Nike has greatly excelled in its marketing strategies. In addition, today consumers have more brand choices than ever before. Therefore, Nike customer feedback is an important factor for the company to help acquire knowledge on what the customers like.

In conclusion, with an influx of new-age brands, it is fair to say Nike has managed to stay at the top of its market for a while. Success in the retail game requires a lot. Ultimately, it comes down to the quality that one produces for its customers.

Even more, brands must reach out to the customers through diverse excellent marketing strategies. No one does this better than Nike. Its ability to dominate a market that is constantly evolving is a direct result of marketing abilities. Also, it has the ability to create brand loyalty among its followers with product quality.
