Accordingly, the Real Research online survey application launched a survey on the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. The survey asked about public thoughts on the Diplomatic Boycott of Beijing Olympics. In addition, it asked respondents about their favorite athlete. Also, which sport would they like to see live in person? Here are the results.

Most Are Very Excited About Beijing Olympic Winter Games

The first question in the survey asks if respondents are aware of Olympic Winter Games. In response, 79.03% said ‘yes’ while 20.97% said ‘no’.

Furthermore, the next question asks respondents about their level of excitement for Beijing 2022. On this, 41.62% are very excited while 16.72% are excited. On the other hand, 19.16% are neutral, and 7.46% are not excited.

Furthermore, the survey asks if respondents are planning to watch Olympic Winter Games 2022. Here, 68.29% said ‘yes’, whereas, 21.59% are ‘unsure’, and 10.12% said ‘no’.

44.02% Are Interested in the Sport of Alpine Skiing

Moving ahead, the survey asks how respondents plan to watch Beijing 2022. In response, 68.52% say they will watch live coverage on TV, 20.71% say they will watch live streaming on the Internet, and 10.77% say they will watch highlights.

Accordingly, the survey goes on to ask about the sports that respondents are most interested in. Answers are Alpine skiing (44.02%), Biathlon (8.73%), Curling (5.70%), Cross-country skiing (5.27%), and Bobsleigh (4.46%).

Another related question asks about the sports that respondents would like to see in person at Olympic Winter Games. In reply, 46.19% chose Alpine Skiing while 9.01% chose Biathlon. Likewise, 5.81% chose Curling, 4.98% Chose cross-country skiing, and 4.80% chose Bobsleigh.

Mikaela Shiffrin Is the Most Favorite Athlete at Beijing 2022

Furthermore, the survey asks respondents about their favorite athlete at Beijing Olympic Winter Games 2022. Most people chose Mikaela Shiffrin from Alpine Skiing (42.65%). Then came Benjamin Alexander for Alpine Skiing (12.23%), Tiril Eckhoff for Biathlon (8.79%), Martin Fourcade for Biathlon (5.17%), and Kaillie Humphries for Bobsleigh (3.73%).

The last question asks respondents to predict the winner. A whopping, 39.06% said Argentina. Meanwhile, 9.10% said Austria while 9.18% said Australia. In addition, 8.22% said China, and 6.16% said Brazil. Lastly, 4.38% said Canada, and 2.37% said Columbia.
