How do I log in to the Real Research app?

On the Real Research app, enter a valid email address and password and click ‘Log In’.

How can I contact customer support regarding login issues?

Click ‘SUPPORT’ at the bottom of the page. Users will be redirected to the email app (default) synced to the device where they can send inquiries to the Support Team.

I forgot my email address. How do I retrieve it?

On the login page, click ‘Find your ID’. Select your country of residence and enter your registered mobile number. Provide the verification code sent via SMS. You will be redirected to the login page, where your email address will be auto-filled in the 'Your ID' section.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

On the login page, click ‘Find your password’ and enter your registered email address. Provide the verification code sent via email. You will be asked to reset your password by providing a new password and confirming it.

How can I view my account details?

Click on the ‘My’ Page option on the Real Research app, and you will find your account details at the top of the screen.

II. Manage Account

How can I change my password?

On the ‘My’ Page, click on ‘Change Password’. Enter your current password and your new password. Confirm your new password by re-entering it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to 'My' page and click 'Delete Account' to place a delete request.

I deleted my account. Can I retrieve it?

Once deleted, your account cannot be retrieved.

How can I change my mobile number?

Go to 'My' page, click on ‘Edit Profile', and ‘Country of Residence’. You can change your country of residence/mobile number.

Please note that upon editing profile information, you will be restricted from participating in surveys for 72 hours.

How do I finish KYC verification?

On the ‘My’ Page, click ‘KYC’. Submit a photo of you holding your ID in one hand and a handwritten note in another hand. Enter your passport / ID number, first name in English, and last name in English.

III. Wallet

What cryptocurrencies are supported by the Real Research In-App Wallet?

Cryptocurrencies currently supported by the Real Research in-app wallet are TNC, PLF, ETH, BTC, ABBC, BNB, STRM, and GSTRM.

How do I create the TNC/PLF/ETH/BTC/ABBC/BNB/STRM/GSTRM wallet?

Go to the ‘Wallet’ page and click ‘Wallet Management’ on the top right corner. Click ‘Create Wallet’ and create a 6-digit passcode. Keep your wallet passcode safe, as it cannot be retrieved or reset if forgotten.

*TNC wallet is created upon signing up.

Private Key & Wallet Passcode

What is a private key?

Your private key is a secret key, similar to a unique password consisting of a series of letters and numbers. In the Real Research mobile application, it is created upon wallet creation and used to import wallets in the future.

Please keep the private key somewhere safe, as it cannot be retrieved or reset if forgotten.

How do I create a wallet passcode?

A 6-digit wallet passcode must be created upon wallet creation.

Please keep the passcode somewhere safe, as it cannot be retrieved or reset if forgotten.

*You will be required to create a TNC wallet passcode upon signing up.

How do I Import wallet using the private key?

To import an existing wallet, click on the ‘Wallet’ icon, and choose ‘Wallet Management’. Click the ‘Import Wallet’ icon to import the crypto wallet. Enter the private key for the respective wallet for ETH, BTC, ABBC, and BNB. Click ‘Confirm’ and enter the respective wallet passcode.

*TNC and PLF wallets will be imported automatically upon login.

Transaction

How do I send cryptocurrencies from the Real Research wallet?

To send cryptocurrencies, go to the ‘Wallet’ page. Click the respective wallet and ‘Send’. Fill in the required field, such as the recipient's wallet address and the desired amount to send. Click ‘Send’ and enter the 6-digit wallet passcode to complete the transaction.

How do I receive cryptocurrencies in the Real Research wallet?

To receive cryptocurrencies, go to the ‘Wallet’ page. Click the respective wallet and click ‘Receive’. Share the wallet address with the sender in two ways;

  • a. Copy the wallet address by clicking on the Copy icon
  • b. Let the sender scan the QR code

How do I view transaction history?

On the ‘Wallet’ page, click on TNC/PLF/ETH/BTC/ABBC/BNB/STRM/GSTRM Wallet. You can view the history of all your Completed and Pending transactions. Click each transaction for details.

IV. Survey

How can I participate in a survey?

On the ‘Home’ screen of the ‘Participate in a Survey’ mode, multiple surveys are listed on the Ongoing tab. Choose the survey you want to participate in and click 'Start a Survey'.

I participated in the survey but I did not receive my reward. Where can I find it?

arrow down

  • a. Crypto transactions may take time, with the exception of TNC and PLF coins. Kindly wait until the rewards are received.
  • b. Ensure that the wallet of the reward coin is created. For example, for a STRM reward survey, you will be required to create a STRM wallet beforehand. Therefore, in the event that you do not have a wallet for the particular reward coin, you will not be able to receive rewards.

How can I create my own survey?

Firstly, change the mode to the ‘Create a Survey’ mode by clicking on the ‘Pen and notepad’ icon on the bottom right corner of the menu tab. Click ‘Create a Survey’ to start creating a survey.

Where can I find my rewards obtained by participating in surveys?

On the ‘Wallet’ page, click on the wallet. Rewards for survey participation can be found in the respective wallet of the reward coin.

How can I see the survey results?

On the ‘My’ Page, click on ‘Survey Result’, you will be redirected to the Real Research Media official website. Here, you can see all the survey results.

V. RR Points

What are RR Points?

RR Points are unique points that can be used within Real Research platforms - Mobile Application, Sponsor Portal, and RR Store - to create surveys or redeem vouchers.

*Currently, the RR Store is available in South Korea and will be available in other countries in the future.

How can I buy RR points?

On the ‘Home’ or ‘Wallet’ page, click on ‘RR Points’. Click on ‘Buy Points’ and select a payment method.

*Currently, the only way to obtain RR points is by converting cryptocurrencies to RR Points.

How can I convert my rewards to RR points?

On the 'Wallet', click on ‘Buy Points’ and select ‘Convert to RR Points’. Click on TNC in the top left corner to select a wallet. Enter the desired amount or determine the percentage of the total balance you want to convert. Upon confirming, enter the 6-digit wallet passcode to complete the transaction.

Where can I use my RR points?

RR points are used in creating surveys on the Mobile application or Sponsor portal, and purchasing a range of products from the RR Store.

*Currently, the RR Store is available in South Korea and will be available in other countries in the future.
